Appointments cancelled within the 24 hours before the booked appointment will be charged the full fee. 'No show up' as well. Legal measures might be taken.

Weekends from Friday 5pm till Monday 9:00am are not used for communication exchange.

Health insurance: clients are responsible for the payments of the sessions even when the health insurance provides for coverage (i.e. international insurances or Dutch health insurance 'Aanvullende verzekering').
